Matoran in The Melding Alternate Universe resemble Toa from the main universe in size, as they were intended to perform labor in the villages.

Helryx - A Ga-Matoran who lives in Ga-Koro
Takua - An Av-Matoran who is considered by Toa Macku to be the best at telling the story of The Melding
Gali - A Ga-Matoran who runs a canoe business in Ga-Koro

Toa

Toa in The Melding Alternate Universe resemble Matoran from the main universe in size, and possess Elemental and Mask Powers.

Macku - A Toa of Water who lives in Ga-Koro
Kapura - A Toa of Fire

Makuta

Makuta in The Melding Alternate Universe were trained to purge their inner darkness, and as a result gained Light powers. They aid the Toa in looking after the villagers, create new life forms, and teach the virtues of unity, duty, and destiny.

Teridax - A Makuta who agreed to take Mazeka and Vultraz to the Great Beings, and was later transported to the main universe in exchange for the latter Matoran
Gorast - A Makuta that guards the fortress of the Valley of the Maze

Gali - Toa Mata of Water, armor shattered by Krakua, killed by Ahkmou (revived)
