"Seeker" is a Dark Hunter and former servant of the Brotherhood of Makuta.

Biography

2,500 years ago, after Makuta Kojol returned from his successful raid on Artakha, Seeker was assigned by the Brotherhood of Makuta to guard the Kanohi Avohkii in the Destral Fortress. Over time, Seeker gained a desire to own the mask himself.

1,300 years ago, Makuta Teridax's Toa Hagah stole the Kanohi Avohkii, and were turned into Rahaga in the process. Cast out of the Brotherhood for his failure to guard it, Seeker began a mission to seek out and reclaim the Mask of Light from the Rahaga, and joined the Dark Hunters to do so. However, he was unsuccessful in this endeavour, as the Rahaga managed to hide the mask in Metru Nui and assured that the Toa Hordika retrieved the mask during the Great Rescue 1,001 years ago.

Unaware of the fact that Takanuva wears the Avohkii and the Rahaga were restored to their Toa Hagah forms, Seeker continues to hope that he will be able to find the Rahaga and the Mask of Light during his missions for the Dark Hunters. However, the Shadowed One believes that should Seeker ever get hold of the Avohkii, he would try to leave the Dark Hunters, which would require him to be killed. Therefore, the Shadowed One makes sure that information about the movements of the Rahaga is kept secret from Seeker, and never assigned him tasks on Metru Nui.

After the Matoran Universe was critically damaged in the Battle of Bara Magna, Seeker immigrated to Spherus Magna.

Abilities and Traits

Seeker is always eager to perform missions that take him to places he has never been before, in the hopes of finding the Rahaga and the Mask of Light.

Tools

Seeker's primary weapon is his staff, which can weaken an opponent and deliver seismic shocks, and then send an earth tremor to overwhelm the already-dazed foe.

• Seeker was created by Daniel Walsh, for the LEGO Magazine Dark Hunter Building Challenge, and was given a storyline role and placed in the book BIONICLE: Dark Hunters, by Greg Farshtey.
• Had Seeker found out that Takanuva has the Avohkii, he would have gone after him instead of the Toa Hagah.
• The image for Seeker published in BIONICLE: Dark Hunters was reversed, as evidenced by the molding on the Fire Greatsword pieces used for the model's front legs. The image was later corrected in BIONICLE: Encyclopedia Updated. The image at the top of this article originated from BIONICLE: Dark Hunters but has been flipped to its correct orientation.
