Biography

Talvi at a Ko-Metru Chute Station

Metru Nui

On Metru Nui, Talvi lived and worked in Ko-Metru as a Chute Station Attendant.

When Toa Metru Nuju was searching for the missing Ko-Matoran Ehrye during his search for the Great Disks, Talvi informed the Toa of Ehrye's whereabouts at the time and directed him to the Chute he had used shortly before.

He was captured by Vahki under the command of Makuta Teridax disguised as Turaga Dume. He was then placed into a Matoran Sphere and went into stasis, but was later rescued by the Toa Metru and spirited away to the island of Mata Nui.

Mata Nui

Talvi was reawakened by the Toa Metru on the shores of Naho Bay. Talvi's size and power had been diminished by the energy-sapping effects of the Matoran Sphere. Under Turaga Nuju's direction, he participated in the construction of Ko-Koro using elements of the disassembled Airships that had been used to transport them to the island.

In Ko-Koro, Talvi became a member of the Sanctum Guard and normally patrolled outside the village entrance with Pakastaa. Immediately before the Toa Mata's confrontation with Makuta Teridax, Talvi helped to defend the village from an onslaught of infected Rahi. After the defeat of the Bohrok-Kal, Talvi was rebuilt into a stronger form to make up for the shrinking he had undergone as a result of his imprisonment in a Matoran Sphere.

Talvi was evacuated from Ko-Koro with the other Ko-Matoran following the Rahkshi's attack on the village.

Return to Metru Nui

Talvi later helped in the construction of Boats to return to Metru Nui, where he and the other Matoran undertook work to repair the city which had been damaged due to the Great Cataclysm. He temporarily stopped his work of reconstruction on order of Jaller, to force the Turaga to reveal where the Toa Nuva had gone, but he eventually got back to work.

After the incapacitation of the Mata Nui Robot, Talvi moved to Spherus Magna with the rest of the surviving Matoran.
