Poptropica BIONICLE Glatorian Legends Advertisement is a sponsored segment that took place on Poptropica.com, a virtual role-playing site not otherwise affiliated with the LEGO Group or BIONICLE. It was released in September 22, 2009, but was taken down after either a month or few weeks.

Gameplay

After creating an account or logging in, you will need to walk through the different islands and find an entrance to a cave right beside Raanu. Then you will need to click on the opening of the cave to get teleported inside. Once inside, you will then need to talk to Raanu who tells you that he needs water for his tribe inside of the cave, but the Bone Hunters are guarding it. After talking to Raanu, you will walk over to the right until you find another opening and click it to get teleported to another side of the cave. After getting teleported, you will need to continue progressing forward and avoid being hit by the chunks of rock falling from above. Later on in the minigame you will eventually find and encounter Bone Hunters wandering around the area down below. As you progress the level further, you will want to jump over or walk in the opposite direction of the Bone Hunters. If you get hit, you can get whacked and cornered by one, which you can jump over. After going down and finding the water, you will need to click it so that you will collect it as a card representing a pot containing water. You will need to go back up to the entrance to where you came from and bring the water back to Raanu by clicking him again where you will be rewarded a Mata Nui avatar and Thornax Launcher gear for your Poptropican.

Trivia

• Previously there had been a sponsor for some of the 2008 line of sets in the game a year prior which featured a billboard that when clicked on, played a video for one of the commercials, but it is not known as to whether or not any items were given out.
• The sponsor only showed up for users that signed up as a boy when creating an account, which made it unavailable for girls.
• Advertisement items are limited-time only and go away after so long in your inventory, however the only way you could keep them was by saving them as outfits.
