Botar's replacement in the Order of Mata Nui is a member of the same species as Botar who serves in the same capacity.

Biography

After the death of Botar, courier and law enforcer of the Order of Mata Nui, the organization sought out a replacement for him, and recruited a member of his species to help them. The replacement began performing similar tasks, including teleporting irredeemable beings to the Pit.[1]

Botar's replacement took Krakua to the region of Voya Nui to gather Axonn for their war. Upon arriving, they were confronted by Axonn, who attacked them and knocked Botar's replacement down. Krakua managed to convince Axonn that they were with the Order, and Botar's replacement recovered, teleporting them all to the fortress on Daxia.[2]

The replacement later took Karzahni and Roodaka, who were being temporarily held in Daxia, to the recently repaired Pit for their inexcusable crimes.[1] He also bore a message to Hydraxon from Helryx, telling him to release the Barraki to assist in the war.[3][4]

The replacement brought Helryx, a four-armed warrior, and the captive Zaktan to Xia to recruit the Toa Hagah. They appeared on the flagship of a Dark Hunter armada, where Helryx negotiated with the Shadowed One on their alliance. Botar's replacement quickly teleported to the island and acquired the Toa Hagah and brought them to the ship, where Helryx finished her discussion with the Shadowed One. He also transported the Toa Hagah to Metru Nui, along with Zaktan, after Helryx had explained their mission to them.[5]

The replacement then began assisting in Order war efforts, though they ultimately lost when Teridax took over the Matoran Universe. After the defeat and death of Teridax, Botar's replacement emigrated from the Matoran Universe to the newly reformed Spherus Magna.[6][7]

Abilities and Traits

As a member of Botar's species, the replacement has the ability to teleport beings and objects, including himself, to wherever he wants them to go. He also possesses the ability to create tendrils of energy in order to bind his opponents. As with all Order of Mata Nui members, he has his mind shielded against telepathy and mental assaults.

Like his predecessor, he is tall, lean, and wears gold armor.[8] He has an uncanny talent for knowing when and whom to teleport.[9]
