Nobua is the first Matoran encountered by Onua upon arriving on Mata Nui. He brings the Toa to his village Onu-Koro and is not confirmed to ever be seen again.

• Nobua was officially removed from BIONICLE: The Legend of Mata Nui during Beta Development. It was unknown if he was intended to be reintroduced, as development of the game was cancelled. Greg Farshtey was asked to canonize Nobua, but declined to do so because he is mean.
