Set 8582 Matoro was a small set released in summer 2003. It portrays the Ko-Matoran Matoro after being rebuilt following the Bohrok-Kal attacks.

Clever villager of Ko-Koro! Matoro has one of the most important jobs of any Matoran -- he must interpret the stories told by Turaga Nuju so all can benefit from the village elder's wisdom. Set includes koli stick and koli ball.

Set Information

The Matoro set was released in summer 2003 as one of the six Matoran sets. The set consists of twenty-five pieces.

Matoro was also bundled with 8581 Kopeke and a Kanohi Avohkii as set 65295.

By combining pieces from Matoro with 8581 Kopeke, 8583 Hahli, 8584 Hewkii, 8585 Hafu, and 8586 Macku, one can build a four-armed being and quadrupedal beast, though official instructions were never released.

Features

A gear in Matoro's back can be turned to make his torso spin to the left or right. This is used to swing his Kolhii Stick.
