Set 8586 Macku was a small set released in summer 2003. It portrays the Ga-Matoran Macku after being rebuilt following the Bohrok-Kal attacks.

Macku watches for trouble! Macku can always be found in the waters around Ga-Koro, patrolling and keeping an eye out for danger. Set includes koli ball and koli stick.

Set Information

The Macku set was released in summer 2003 as one of the six Matoran sets. The set consists of twenty-five pieces.

Macku was also released by Kabaya Foods in Japan. The only difference between this release and the normal release is slightly different packaging and the inclusion of candy. Another release occurred bundled with 8585 Hafu and a Kanohi Avohkii as set 65297.

By combining pieces from Macku with 8581 Kopeke, 8582 Matoro, 8583 Hahli, 8584 Hewkii, and 8585 Hafu, one can build a four-armed being and quadrupedal beast, though official instructions were never released. Additionally, the Kabaya version of the set included instructions to combine pieces from Macku with 8584 Hewkii and 8585 Hafu to build a being wielding two Kolhii Sticks.

Features

A gear in Macku's back can be turned to make her torso spin to the left or right. This is used to swing her Kolhii Stick.

Collectibles

Macku wears a blue Noble Huna.
