Set 8584 Hewkii was a small set released in summer 2003. It portrays the Po-Matoran Hewkii after being rebuilt following the Bohrok-Kal attacks.

Set Information

The Hewkii set was released in summer 2003 as one of the six Matoran sets. The set consists of twenty-five pieces.

Hewkii was also released by Kabaya Foods in Japan. The only difference between this release and the normal release is slightly different packaging and the inclusion of candy. Another release occurred bundled with 8583 Hahli and a Kanohi Avohkii as set 65296.

By combining pieces from Hewkii with 8581 Kopeke, 8582 Matoro, 8583 Hahli, 8585 Hafu, and 8586 Macku, one can build a four-armed being and quadrupedal beast, though official instructions were never released. Additionally, the Kabaya version of the set included instructions to combine pieces from Hewkii with 8585 Hafu and 8586 Macku to build a being wielding two Kolhii Sticks.

Features

A gear in Hewkii's back can be turned to make his torso spin to the left or right. This is used to swing his Kolhii Stick.
