Set 8597 Kanohi Nuva & Krana Pack, and its North American counterpart, 8598 Kanohi Nuva & Krana Pack, was a collectible set released in the second half of 2002. It contains three randomly packed krana and two randomly packed Kanohi Nuva Masks.

Set Information
The Kanohi Nuva set was released in September 2002. It includes three randomly packed krana and two randomly packed Kanohi Nuva. The krana can be any of the eight krana, and can come in any of the 12 active and dormant colors. The Kanohi Nuva can be any of six Kanohi Nuva, in any of the six primary colors of the Toa Nuva. The set consists of five pieces.
Set 8598 was released in North America, while 8597 was released in other regions. The North American version came in a box, while the international version was packaged in a polybag. The artwork on the polybag packaging could come with six different eye colors, mirroring those of the Toa Mata.

- No set name appears on the set packaging. LEGO Shop called the American set 8598 Kanohi Nuva & Krana Pack,[2] the LEGO Shop At Home catalog called the set 8598 Toa Nuva Kanohi.[3] On Bricks & Pieces, the international set it is known as 8597 Kanohi Nuva.[1]
