Saw Blade Shields are razor-edged shields used by the Skrall. The shield can block incoming attacks, be used for melee attacks, or be thrown. Each shield is decorated with the Rock Tribe insignia, though the shield can come in varying colors.

Example Usage

• In "Sands of Bara Magna", a Skrall flung his shield at Gresh during an arena fight, forcing Gresh to block it.

Set Information

A Saw Blade Shield was included in 8978 Skrall in 2009, attached to the hand by an axle-pin.

Trivia

• The insignia that appears on the shield is based off of the layout of the Valley of the Maze.
• In the BIONICLE: The Legend Reborn film, Tuma carried a Saw Blade Shield with green markings instead of red.
