Master of deception!
While the numbing power of its Rhotuka spinner is effective against foes, the Oohnorak's true power lies in its trickery. Using limited telepathy and a talent for mimicry, Oohnorak can duplicate the voices of trusted friends and lure an enemy into a trap.

*Includes building instructions to combine with #8742 Vohtarak to make Gate Guardian!
*Rhotuka spinner launches up to 50 feet/15 metres!
*Visorak measures over 7 inches/17 cm wide by 5 inches/12 cm long!
*Jaws snap shut!

Powerful and fearless, Oohnorak surround their targets as a pack and use spinners to numb them, making it easy to ensnare them in their webs.

Set Info

The set's canister

The Oohnorak set was released as one of six Visorak sets in 2005, and contains forty-seven pieces.

By combining parts of Oohnorak with 8742 Visorak Vohtorak and 8746 Visorak Keelerak, one can create the Parakrekks; Vohtarak and Oohnorak alone can be combined to create the Gate Guardian. Oohnorak can also be combined with all five other Visorak sets in order to create the Zivon.

Features

A Rhotuka spinner can be launched from Oohnorak's back by using a ripcord included with the set.

Oohnorak's mandibles will pinch together if the set's torso is squeezed.

Collectibles

The set includes two silver Rhotuka spinners, one of which is marked with a partial Kanoka Code. The Rhotuka's code could be combined with the prefix "OO6", shown on the set canister, to create a complete Kanoka Code. Up to six Rhotuka spinners can be stored in the lid of the set's canister.

Reception

Trivia

  • Early instruction manuals for this set mistakingly show the model using a 5 stud-length black socket connector piece rather than the 7 stud-length one included in the set.[1] This mistake was amended in later instructions, including the digital version available on LEGO's website.[2]
  • Many CGI renders of the set erroneously depict Oohnorak's hind legs using 7 stud-length socket connector pieces like the other Visorak sets, rather than the 5 stud-length used in this set.
