Set Information

Slizer artwork for the set

The Judge Slizer set was released in 1999 as part of the Slizer line. The set was known as Jet in America, where it was instead part of the Throwbots line. In addition to its 42 pieces, the set comes with a yellow-and-black carrying case.

The pieces of the set can be combined with three of the other Slizer sets - 8505 Jungle Slizer, 8506 Rock Slizer, and 8507 Energy Slizer - to make the Mega Slizer,[3] known in American markets as the super Throwbot UltraRex.[4] Each of the component sets provides one-fourth of the instructions for the combiner model.

Features

The Judge Slizer has two flexible arms which each can launch one of the included throwing discs. Pulling on the Judge Slizer's head moves its wings back and forth and allows it to transform into "compact mode" in order to fit inside its carrying case.

In the story, the set's carrying case represents a flying transport. The carrying case also includes indentations to store extra discs, and can be attached to a belt.

Collectibles

The Judge Slizer set contains two printed discs: A level 2 disc in its secondary black color, and a level 3 disc in tan themed after 8506 Rock Slizer.
