With his spiked shell, vicious pincers, and sea squid launcher, Mantax hides on the sea floor waiting for his prey. By the time you've seen him, it's much too late! *Includes squid launcher with 2 squid. *Each Barraki features a unique body, face and weapons - collect them all!

Set Information

The Mantax set was released in early 2007 as one of the six Barraki sets. The set contains fifty-eight pieces.

By using instructions released through LEGO Brickmaster Magazine, parts from Mantax can be combined with 8918 Carapar and 8920 Ehlek to create the Pit War Tortoise. Additionally, instructions were released through LEGO Club Magazine to combine the set's parts with 8913 Toa Nuparu, 8915 Toa Matoro, and 8918 Carapar to create the Manutri.

Features

Mantax carries a Squid Launcher that can be used to shoot the squid projectiles included with the set.

Like all the Barraki sets, Mantax features pliable mandibles that can be pinched closed.

Collectibles

The set includes two yellow-orange Sea Squid.
