The Stormerangs were Pohatu's weapons. When thrown, these weapons generate sandstorms along their path. They could be transformed and attached to Pohatu's feet as the Jetarangs, which allow fast desert traversal.

Example Usage

In The Power of the Golden Masks, Pohatu threw one of the Stormerangs at a group of Skull Spiders to knock them away. After striking, the Stormerang returned to Pohatu.

Set Information

The Stormerangs are included in 70785 Pohatu - Master of Stone. Each Stormerang uses four of the set's 66 pieces. A black friction pin in the center of each Stormerang both acts as a hinge, allowing the two folding halves of each weapon to rotate nearly 180 degrees from a fully closed position to a fully open position. These same friction pins are used to snap the Stormerangs to the feet to act as Jeterangs in both adrenalin mode and the "powered up" mode using parts from 70779 Protector of Stone.
