Involvement
I have been involved in Bionicle since 2006.
First Contact
It all began on Christmas of 2006. My cousins had gotten me Toa Inika Hewkii. I was only five so I couldn't even open the box or read Lego instructions, so I had my older cousin build it for me. By the time I got my second set, Toa Inika Hahli, I had got it down and was able to build it with some help from my dad. My Kindergarten teacher had us do something educational every week, so I built a set. By the time I had finished the Barraki collection, I had a bin filled with the pieces. When I was building Matoro Inika at my Grandma's house, I dropped a piece on the ground, and as I was getting up, I hit my head on the corner of the table, and put a hole right smack in the middle of my forehead. It only hurt for a few seconds, so I thought I was okay. By the time I was done with the other sets I had brought (Jaller Inika and Takadox) I went to the restroom and saw the hole. I just grabbed a bandage and strapped it onto my noggin'.
The Article
I had to write an article, two column pages, on something one year for English class. So, what did I chose? I chose Bionicle. It took me four pages to write, as apposed to everybody else who wrote only one column (one eighth of my article), and it was an advanced English class. You would expect the rest of the class to write at least one whole page.
Outside of Bionicle
I am on a swim team. My favorite and fastest stroke is Freestyle, but I also will swim Butterfly. I recently had a swim meet, and I swam the 100 yard Freestyle and the 200 yard Freestyle. I got in 28th place in the 100 and 6th place in the 200.
I am also a Boy Scout and at the time this is being written I am a Tenderfoot Scout but I will soon achieve the Second and First Class rank.
I also play the hardest instrument in the world: the Bagpipes.
