Ex-Dark Hunters

Pridak stood on the tower of his island fortress, looking down at his assembled army. His troops came from an endless number of places. Some were Matoran criminals, others ex-Dark Hunters seeking refuge from their former employer, and by far the majority were simply beings who did no long welcome in their homelands. They were thieves, murderers, traitors, and liars, and easily the most beautiful sight he had ever seen.

"Note that I may change one part of this, as I have to re-check my DH history and make sure they would have been around at this time. Originally, I thought they were not, but I need to check my timeline -- if they are in existence at this point, then I can leave the scene as is."

Note this bold line.

Now, look at what the final book says:

Pridak stood on the tower of his island fortress, looking down at his assembled army. His troops came from an endless number of places. Some were Matoran criminals, others violent brutes looking for the chance to fight, and by far the majority were simply beings who were no longer welcome in their homelands. They were thieves, murderers, traitors, and liars, and easily the most beautiful sight he had ever seen.

He changed it, removing the ex-Dark Hunters. As per this, there were **not** ex-Dark Hunters in the League of Six Kingdoms. ~ Wolk (talk) 14:08, 24 September 2020 (UTC)

Still, there is nothing that implies that the Dark Hunters were formed after the fall of the League, I've checked the books, and none of them says the 10,000+ years, so there is nothing that actually contradict with that.— SurelNuva (Talk) 14:36, 24 September 2020 (UTC)
Also, seeing that the TSO's island civil war started 90,000 years ago, it isn't far sretched that the DH were formed at that time.— SurelNuva (Talk) 14:37, 24 September 2020 (UTC)
Actually, there is. From Destiny War, Chapter 8, Kalmah tells The Shadowed One that "we've heard all about you and your organization since our release from captivity". If the Dark Hunters were formed before the Barraki were sent to the Pit, its likely they would've known about them before. This suggests the Dark Hunters were founded after 80,000 years ago. I just found this, so the MU timeline still has it under 90,000 currently. I'll probably leave it that way until I figure out how best to correct it. Dag (talk) 04:44, 21 October 2020 (UTC)
Then there is this line from Federation of Fear: " “Would you shut up?” hissed Carapar. “Rule number one: don’t annoy the giant, tentacled monster, or don’t they teach that one in The Shadowed One’s school?” " . . . ~ Wolk (talk) 23:07, 17 August 2024 (UTC)
