Talk:Brotherhood of Makuta
Movie 2 mention?
In Legends of Metru Nui, Teridax tells Vakama "Come, join my brothers and me." upon seeing he has finished the Vahi. Is he therefore referring to the BoM? He can't mean Mata Nui, since 'brothers' is plural. Toa Magnemite (talk) 03:12, 30 September 2014 (CEST)
- I believe that was the implication, yes. -- I AM THE DOREK do not truffle with me 03:19, 30 September 2014 (CEST)
- If I recall, that was the first indication we got of the Brotherhood's existence. --Master of the Rahkshi Ask, and ye shall receive. Eventually. 04:26, 30 September 2014 (CEST)
too small to mention?
this edit says that there was a mention in 2004 that was too small to mention. were you referring to what was said in the section above this? and if so, what mention of the bom did we get in 2005? Intelligence4 (talk) 02:35, 30 July 2017 (CET)
- Teridax told Vakama to join him and his brothers to gain a better destiny in the LoMN in 2004. The Visorak Horde, Sidorak, Roodaka are exactly the armies of the BoM which were introduced in 2005. Got it? — Surel—Nuva (Talk) 08:46, 30 July 2017 (CET)
- so we're counting the visorak as an appearance of the BoM? Intelligence4 (talk) 20:04, 30 July 2017 (CET)
- No, we're counting the Visorak Horde's (Visorak, Sidorak, Roodaka, Venom Flyers etc) appearance as the BoM's armies' appearance. — Surel—Nuva (Talk) 21:47, 30 July 2017 (CET)
Zaria's Motives
This page currently claims that Zaria killed a Makuta "in revenge for his fallen comrades", but that seems like a huge assumption.
We know that Zaria killed a Makuta, but The Yesterday Quest doesn't tell us why, only that it was "necessary". Not only does it *not* specify whether or not it was out of revenge, but I would also think that revenge would imply that Zaria went after the Makuta himself, which isn't really a necessary circumstance any more.
Should the detail of "revenge" be removed from the page?
