Singular or plural?

@Surel-nuva very good point. AFAIK Lego never published material referring to a single Parakrekks (or Parakrekk?). The only mention is in No One Gets Left Behind, which refers to a "Parakrekks infestation" suggesting the singular is Parakrekks. But of course that's a fan piece, so the author just assumed the singular and plural forms are the same. Anyway feel free to ask Greg about the singular, and if not I will. -- Morris the Mata Nui Cow (talk) 00:13, 10 July 2017 (CET)

The Matoran Language doesn't have plurals, so I think this isn't likely. Their entry in the Encyclopedia is named Parakrekks, and none of the other entries is named after a character's or an object's plural. Plus, they are not the only Rahi whose name ends with an S, think of the Protocairns for example. ~OnionShark 10:38, 10 July 2017 (CET)
@OnionShark you've got it Wrong. The Protocairns are NOT Rahi and the singular form is Protocairn. I've checked that. — SurelNuva (Talk) 11:22, 10 July 2017 (CET)
The only source that calls Protocairns that way is Comic 23's centerfold, in the little section that says that the instruction to build one are on Bionicle.com. I think it could have easily been an editing error, and just like the Parakrekks, and their entry in the BEU is named with an S at the end, but even if it wasn't an error, it would still, that would go against what we know about how the Matoran Language works. We might have to rename the page, but to be sure someone should ask Greg. ~OnionShark 18:41, 10 July 2017 (CET)
Again it seems the BEU only refers to Protocairns in the plural. It's worth noting that the article for the Hordika Dragons is called "Hordika Dragons" not "Hordika Dragon," so the article name alone isn't enough to figure out the singular. If I had to guess, Parakrekks is probably a straight Matoran word so the singular is Parakrekks, but Protocairn is like protosteel in that it's an English translation of an actual Matoran word, so English rules apply. (proto-cairn, proto for protodermis and cairn like a rock pile the Protocairns turn into) -- Morris the Mata Nui Cow (talk) 19:28, 10 July 2017 (CET)
