Matau Hordika originally was going to be evil?

Hi, guys. I read this in the Trivia section:

"Author Greg Farshtey has stated that he would have preferred Matau to join Roodaka and Sidorak as a Toa Hordika, as opposed to Vakama, who did, citing Matau's vanity and desire for glory being denied as a Hordika as reasons for a change of hear."

Where did that come from? A Greg Discussion quote? An interview about the Web of Shadows movie?
