The set consists of 39 pieces.
By combining pieces from Nex with pieces from 6229 XT4, one can build a non-canon combination model.
Features
The set features a Plasma Gun and Hero Cuffs. On the foil pack's front art's background shows XT4, Nex's targeted villain from the XT4 set, in Mechna.
Collectibles
The set includes an orange helmet and a Hero Core. Printed underneath the Core is a code called a Hero Code, which could be entered in an online game called Breakout in HeroFactory.com in 2012, to earn 200 Hero Points.
Trivia
- Nex's 1.0-styled helmet is based on his 2.0 helmet from 2068 Nex 2.0 while he never had a 1.0 set.
- Nex is one of the four only sets to have a transparent green Hero 1.0 head piece, the others being 6202 Rocka, 6203 Black Phantom, and 6218 Splitface.
- Rocka has a shorter left forearm than his right for an unknown reason.
- Since Nex did not appear in Episode 8: Breakout Part 1 and Episode 9: Breakout Part 2 for an unknown reason, he does not have his own Breakout Animation.
- Strangely, Nex does not have his own level in the Breakout game, neither did XT4 or Mechna appear in the game.
- This is the final Nex set, as Nex does not have his own Brain Attack or Invasion From Below sets for unknown reasons.
