The '''Twin Cutter''' was the [[Toa Tools|Toa Tool]] used by [[Toa Mahri]] [[Matoro]]. This weapon was originally the [[Energized Ice Sword]], but it was transformed by the power of the [[Ignika]] when Matoro became a {{G|1|Toa}} Mahri.{{GregCitation|OGD|page=220|post=8783|lines=4,8}} It could be used to channel his {{G|1|Ice}} {{G|1|Elements|powers}}, and was specially made to resist extremely cold temperatures.
