On BZP, someone mentioned that the Toa Metru fought a staffless Rahkshi of Heat Vision that used its power. Does not having the staff just result in the temporary blindness? Someone else said something about the Rahkshi armor not having the power, but the Kraata still having it (which would only work if the opening-face thing they do in MoL is canon).
