Shredder Claws citation

I have found a source for Piruk's claws being attached to his hands. Is this definitive enough?

I should note that Greg later stated that the claws were removable, but I believe the "first quote is canon" rule takes effect here. (Unless the first quote isn't definitive enough)

Yes, you're right, the first quote rule is still in use, and thank you for finding it! I've added it to the page, even if it hasn't been noticed for 2 years.--SurelNuva (Talk) 17:05, 7 December 2023 (UTC)
Situations get so complicated that I don't know if there is a hard and fast rule, but shouldn't a note be added saying that Greg later contradicted this statement? Even if the canon answer is that they are attached, I think that this other sources The Jerminator found should be on the wiki with a note of some sort. It doesn't contradicts though. The second quote's question was whether Piruk holds them or the claws have replaced his hands. Greg said he holds them, as Piruk still have his hands along with the claws. The original quote says the claws are attached to his hands. Think of if as a pair of gloves, that you can't take off, he is basically permanently holding them.--SurelNuva (Talk) 21:08, 7 December 2023 (UTC)

Pet Burnak

On this page, it says both in his history and his Abilities & Traits section that he tamed and kept a pet Desert Burnak, however the only source this page has is VNOG, Chapter 3. As VNOG is not canon(for the most part), especially when it comes to the actions and missions of the Voya Nui Resistance Team and the Toa Inika, which is the only reason the Burnak exists in the game, it is hardly canon, unless some other source supports him taming and owning one. This information should be relegated to the trivia section, alongwith a note of it not being canon/confirmed. I have not moved it though, as I don't know and haven't yet been able to check if any other sources corroborate this information. Firespitter Lhii (talk) 16:08, 7 December 2023 (UTC)

The reference that Piruk's Burnak is canon was already on the page, in the abilites and traits section. I don't know why it wasn't included in the biography, but I've added it there too. It has been there since April 28, 2017, and was updated to use the links to the TGA in August, 2020 by the way. I hope this helps to clarify it. :) --SurelNuva (Talk) 17:01, 7 December 2023 (UTC)
