Set Information

The set's foil pack

The set consists of 49 pieces. It, along with the other early 2014 sets, were released in January 2014 in Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Asia, but their release date was held back until March in North America for an unknown reason.

The set contains one mini-figure, Hero Preston Stormer. Stormer has a spear and a communication device.

By combining pieces from the Jaw Beast with pieces from 44020 Flyer Beast vs. Breez and 44021 Splitter Beast vs. Furno & Evo, one can build a non-canon combination model.

Features

The Jaw Beast has opening and snapping jaws. It can use its clawed hands to move on all fours. The beast has a printed piece on its chest.

Trivia

  • There is an error in the set's front side art, where the Jaw Beast's back and leg spikes are facing downwards are facing different directions from what the instruction manual says. Thus, what it says in the instruction manual is correct.
