This is for use only on the Main Page and will later be edited so that the colors can be changed with a switch in prep for MP color themes for holidays and such. The third variable is to switch it from internal to external. If you need to use an external link, just add an "E" as a third variable. Otherwise, leave it blank. Also, until wiser heads fix whatever I did to break it, don't leave a space after the template: see the example. It also seems to not like bulleted lists, so use the normal way of changing text-color for now.
