Not a TLR render
If you zoom close enough on Gelu's head, you can see that it's a render of the actual set, not a TLR model. Those have detailed mouths, including double rows of teeths, which this obviously doesn't, even if it has battle scars on his armor, it's probably meant to be a realistic texture over it.
