- I think it should remian. It is a piece of worldbuilding and that was always taken into consideration (such as Rahi and objects etc.) And who are we to arbitrarily decide the game as non-canon? The only non-canon parts are the ones that directly contradict the greater story told through other media (such as the Inika being pre-established guardians of the Ignika). Avak's pickaxe does not contradict anything, so it is a new piece of information for us from this source. The VNOA has many canon consistent attributes (Hakann being a slaver, Vezok interogating Matoran in the Chamber of Truth etc.).
