Are Airships the Mode of Transportation Mavrah talked about Nuparu wanting to make?

In Bionicle Adventures #5,Chapter 4 (citation format -> BookCitation|BA5|chapternumber=4), Mavrah says he would often talk to Nuparu, and that Nuparu wanted to make a new form of transportation, at least just to 'knock the Le-Metru down a peg'. We also know that Nuparu was responsible for helping develop and design Airships. Do we know if the the Airships were him fulfilling this desire? I will put the talk of him wanting to on the page regardless, but for both this page and the airship page, it would be nice to be able to add this and tie it into his desire, or put it in the Trivia that they may have been related.
