Dosne is an Onu-Matoran native to Metru Nui.

Biography

Metru Nui

Prior to the Great Cataclysm, Dosne lived and worked in Onu-Metru. He was captured by the Vahki under the command of Makuta Teridax, disguised as Turaga Dume. He was then forced into a Matoran Sphere, but was rescued by the Toa Metru and awakened on the shores of Naho Bay on the island of Mata Nui.

Mata Nui

Dosne's body reduced in size and strength and he lost his memories of living on Metru Nui as a result of being kept in a Matoran Sphere. He took part in the construction of Onu-Koro which was supervised by Turaga Whenua and used materials from Airships which had been used in the Great Rescue.

In Onu-Koro, Dosne became a Mining Captain. He was familiar with the Onu-Koro Kolhii Skill, Stamina. He vacated Onu-Koro with the other Onu-Matoran temporarily due to the attack of Bohrok upon the village. He was rebuilt into a stronger form subsequent to the defeat of the Bohrok-Kal. During the Rahkshi Attack on Onu-Koro, Dosne was evacuated from the village with the other Matoran.

Return to Metru Nui

Dosne later participated in the building of boats to return to Metru Nui. He also participated in the reconstruction of parts of the city that were in a state of disrepair. He temporarily stopped his work of reconstruction on order of Jaller, to force the Turaga to reveal where the Toa Nuva had gone, but he eventually got back to work.

When Teridax was defeated, ending his tyranny over the Matoran Universe, Dosne and other surviving Matoran of Metru Nui departed the city and traveled to Spherus Magna to continue life there.

• Dosne is a Celtic name meaning "From the sand hill."
