Canon

The page is labeled as "semi-canon," but the opening paragraph says "non-canon." If it's semi-canon, shouldn't we get change the "non-canon" accordingly? Cheesy Mac n Cheese (talk) 20:59, 30 April 2015 (CEST)

We apparently don't have a non-canon template, so it's possible that the semi-canon one was as close as we could get. Maybe the other one got wiped or something.

Greg once said "I guess" and "they seem okay" when asked about canonizing them. A later question on the LMBs referred to them as semi-canon, but Greg made no comment on their canonicity in his reply. I believe this is where the idea of these comics being (semi-)canon came from, though I can't tell if any of Greg's later answers overruled this earlier statement. --PeabodySam (talk) 02:35, 8 January 2023 (UTC)

It has to at least be semi-canon for the sole reason that page 2 of Part 2 shows a Matoran with a Kakama who identifies himself as Tamaru, even though he very clearly is not. Dag (talk) 04:05, 8 January 2023 (UTC)

The magazine the comics came in were a publication of LEGO Media, in the UK. They were produced in English, and the Russian version we have Legend of Lewa from is just the Russian regional adaption. Legend of Lewa was published in English, but copies of Adventures!, especially the later ones 2000-2002, are extremely difficult to find. Tazakk (talk) 17:41, 7 June 2015 (CEST)
