Talk:Toa Hordika
Species?
Hey. I wanted to point out that "Toa Hordika" can possibly be classified as a species. The Toa Hordika to which this page refers chose to call themselves that, yes? But in reality, the term "Toa Hordika" can refer to any Toa that has been mutated by Hordika Venom. Savage's page calls him a Toa Hordika even though he never worked with the Toe Metru-turned-Hordika, though the page does mention him in the Trivia section. So can Toa Hordika be classified as a species? Should we divide this into two pages? Maybe "Toa Hordika (Toa Team)" and "Toa Hordika (Species)"? I'm not sure how I would feel about that, so I wanted to get some feedback before I brought it up on the AfC. I'll start working on a sandbox just for giggles, but I won't do anything with it just yet. What are your thoughts on this? -- Speak to Me 23:26, 11 October 2015 (CEST)
- I started the Sandbox here, but it just seemed silly to me. I'm just gonna edit Savage's page, removing the part that says he's a "Toa Hordika." --

- This debate was had a while back. Basically yeah, they could be considered a "species", but in general, the usage is only ever going to apply to the team, and it would muck up the classification otherwise. Has to do with the way the person wrote Savage's biography; he is a "Toa" and a "Hordika", but he is not a member of the Toa Hordika. -- Dorek Talk
