Can someone confirm that Kane-Ra do appear in the game and are stronger versions of Muaka? I do know that a Kane-Ra makes an appearance on the introduction for Familiar Territory, but level introductions do not necessarily reflect in-game enemies (for example, despite what Stolen Keep shows, there are no Pahrak that appear in-game).

From my own playthrough of the game, I only started to encounter Muaka once I began playing the Makuta's Domain levels, by which point in the game all the weaker enemies (Gahlok, Keelerak, Turahk, etc.) are permanently phased out in favor of their more powerful counterparts (Tahnok, Oohnorak, Lerahk, etc.). I have not once encountered any Kane-Ra, and the fact that Muaka only started to appear when Makuta's Domain was unlocked led me to believe that, if Kane-Ra are in the game, then they would be the weaker counterpart of Muaka, not the other way around. --PeabodySam (talk) 22:00, 9 June 2015 (CEST)

Over two years later, I finally have our answer! I recorded this footage yesterday when I had completed three zones in the game, effectively placing me at the mid-game where the early-game enemies are phased out in favor of stronger variants. A Kane-Ra appears in a spot where a Muaka would spawn in the late-game, confirming that the Muaka is a stronger variant of the Kane-Ra, not the other way around.
This footage also shows in-game Pahrak and Bordakh, which (to my knowledge) has never been documented before. Therefore, I will also be editing their pages to reflect this discovery. It remains to be seen if there are additional mid-game Visorak and Rahkshi that have also been previously undocumented, but I doubt it at this point. --PeabodySam (talk) 17:52, 27 September 2017 (CET)

In my previous edit above, I said that I was going to update the listed appearances on Pahrak and Bordakh's respective pages to reflect that they do appear in the DS version. However, I have not yet done so, because now I have a new question to ask.

I noticed that, for enemies exclusive to the DS version (e.g. Muaka and Frost Beetle) or GBA version (e.g. Bahrag), their appearances link directly to the their respective version's page. However, for enemies that appear in multiple versions (e.g. Zaktan), their appearances link only to the console/PC version's page and do not list the DS or GBA versions separately. This may be an artifact of the time when all three versions were listed on one single page.

Therefore, I ask: for characters and enemies that appear in multiple versions of BIONICLE Heroes, should each version (console/PC, DS, and GBA) be listed as a separate appearance? Or should we keep the current system and only link to the console/PC version's page? --PeabodySam (talk) 18:08, 27 September 2017 (CET)
