Under the Orbital Bodies section, there's a paragraph mention (and an accompanying picture) of a "[https://biosector01.com/w/images/bs01/1/16/BioMoon.png "larger satellite]" featured in the final panel of [http://biomediaproject.com/bmp/files/gfx/Comics/Mata%20Nui%20Saga/Comic15/pdf_comic_15.pdf Comic 15]. However, there is no reference of any official note saying that this ''isn't'' either Bota or Bara Magna, and if it were confirmed as such, it would be a pretty cool way to tie that part of the story to the early parts of the Bionicle comics. The "orbital body" in question is certainly large enough (relative to normal moons) that it could be interpreted as being Bara Magna (and sort of resembles some of the artwork we've seen) but it could just as plausibly be confirmed as Bota Magna. (Given that it is the first time the audience catches a glimpse of the truth of the larger history of Bionicle, I can think of no cooler place for a part of the Magna system to make its first appearance.)

Before I ask Greg about this, does anyone know of any reference on this image, or if Greg has touched on this subject in the past--or has any interesting reason why this ''shouldn't'' be Bara/Bota Magna?

Should "Endless Ocean" redirect here? Because it doesn't. Master Inika (Talk) 13:52, 21 November 2013 (PST)

  • I would say no, because, although they are, in fact, the same thing, the Endless Ocean is its name when it is SPHEROUS Magna. Aqua Magna is its name when it is separated. --ToaJuaraevo01 (talk) 10:03, 22 November 2013 (PST)
    • The Endless Ocean was its name to the Matoran, who lived there when it was separated, actually. And I see it's been redirected anyway Master Inika (Talk) 12:08, 22 November 2013 (PST)
If one reads the page, one sees that Aqua Magna is a giant ocean located on Spherus Magna, and that the former inhabitants of Mata Nui call it the Endless Ocean.
The different "Magna"'s - Bara Magna, Aqua Magna, Bota Magna - are simply different regions of the larger Spherus Magna just like Ta-Metru, Ga-Metru, ect. were regions of the larger Metru Nui. They became "planet" or "moon" names only when they were blasted off Spherus Magna, but those names were there before. ζω·τωμαναExternal Image

Shouldn't the appearances for Aqua Magna be practically every source of material from 2001 to 2003, and also every single Voya and Mahri Nui stuff? And by extenstion, EVERY THING from 2001-2008 that is from when Mata Nui is on Aqua Magna? --Boidoh (talk) 21:03, 28 September 2014 (CEST)

So every time Metru Nui appears, that means the Matoran Universe appears, right? (Apparently we don't have an appearances section on the MU, but that's sort of besides the point.)
Mahri Nui is more debatable, but everything is located in something else, all the way up to SPACE. It gets way too silly to extend that far out. -- I AM THE DOREK do not truffle with me 22:54, 28 September 2014 (CEST)

Orbital Satellite

Under the Orbital Bodies section, there's a paragraph mention (and an accompanying picture) of a ""larger satellite" featured in the final panel of Comic 15. However, there is no reference of any official note saying that this isn't either Bota or Bara Magna, and if it were confirmed as such, it would be a pretty cool way to tie that part of the story to the early parts of the Bionicle comics.

Before I ask Greg about this, does anyone know of any reference on this image, or if Greg has touched on this subject in the past--or has any interesting reason why this shouldn't be Bara/Bota Magna?
