Set Information
The Protector of Earth was revealed at New York Comic Con 2014 during the BIONICLE panel, and officially released on the first day of 2015 in the United States and some European countries. The set consists of 66 pieces, including a Protector mask and a Skull Spider.
The weapons of the Protector can be added onto 70789 Onua - Master of Earth to create a "powered up" Onua.
Features
The Protector's Star Drill can be made to spin by rotating a gear attached to it.
By turning a gear on the set's back, the Elemental Blaster that is built into the Protector's chest will launch round LEGO 1x1 studs.
By pushing down the eyestalk on the back of the set's head, its mask will fly off.
Collectibles
A co-injected black and translucent purple Protector mask and a light green Skull Spider mask are included in the set.
