Shouldn't the "sponge Morbuzakh" be in a "set information" section? (The preceding unsigned comment was made by Datadoggieein)

Probably, but I don't really know. - FROGGER0 12:21, 10 July 2012 (PDT)

Toa of the Green

Considering this was a plant, wouldn't a toa of the green (still think they should have been called toa of wood :p) have been able to control it? unless maybe they can only control non-sentient plants? why would makuta teridax decide that a plant creature was the best way to attack the city when there was a toa of wood plantlife living there? can we just chalk that up to a plot hole/out of universe explanation (that we didn't know one of the mangai was a bo-toa until way after the morbuzakh ark)? idk, i just thought this was an interesting bit of food for thought/discussion topic - that one of the main baddies for a while was a plant, and there are heroes that can control plants, yet the main heroes and literally all the NPCs struggled for so long to figure out a solution to the problem. Keep in mind, at the same time Teridax was deploying the Morbuzakh, he was also killing off the Toa Mangai. Perhaps the Bo-Toa was the first to go. --Angel Bob (talk) 22:24, 15 May 2017 (CET)
I wonder what the timeframe was on that. but you're probably right - the bo-toa was first to go. i wonder if teridax ever thought about blaming the bo-toa for the rampant plantlife problem - he readily blammed the toa metru for the disappearance of toa lihkan, so maybe part of his plan was to say that the bo-toa went rouge before "skipping town" aka before terry killed him.
on a somewhat related note, we know that the morbuzakh was kidknapping matoran, and while they weren't seen or heard from again, we know they were really being put into spheres to have their memories wiped. I wonder if, when everyone got to mata nui (the island) those matoran lost their memories faster than the others. Or, if before everyone's memory was totally gone, those matoran who had been lost were able to be reunited with their friends, and everyone eventually figured out where those matoran went.
