Manipulation of Rocks

Should the manipulation of rocks via magnetism be added? It is stated under the different uses of magnetism by different kraata stages of magnetism that they can. Also another example is Gahlok-Kal magnetized Lewa to the ground and I am sure he was not standing on any metal. Makuta of Mata Nui (talk) 22:26, 27 August 2021 (UTC)

Just added. Thanks! I will say that Greg said that the kraata power descriptions from that page are not always canon, so I'm hesitant to use them as a source. The Gahlok-Kal example seems like a good one though. Also, I do see the argument that Lewa may have been magnetized to the Great Spirit Robot's face despite there being a whole lot of rock in between the two, but that explanation seems pretty improbable. -- Morris the Mata Nui Cow (talk) 00:10, 28 August 2021 (UTC)
Most likely the protodermis as a substance can be magnatized in any form. IIRC molten one and liquid one can be magnetized too, and the whole island of Mata Nui was made out of protodermis.--Surel (Talk) 06:14, 28 August 2021 (UTC)

This may seem to be off topic about a application of magnetism but please just read until the end. Since one of the new links to a quote says magnetism can affect the iron in blood should this be added? I know Matoran universe beings do not have blood so should this be rephrased such as “using magnetism to manipulate the metallic composition of beings”? This also validates the magnetic manipulation of certain metallic rocks since I believe manipulating the iron in blood is much more difficult than manipulating the metallic ores of a rock. How about "manipulating objects with traces of metal"? -- Toa Jala Converse 16:16, 17 October 2021 (UTC)
