Shallows Cats are one of the few Rahi species that could be found on the island of Daxia.
History
The Shallows Cat species was created by the Makuta using Viruses and Liquid Protodermis to be one of the Rahi to inhabit the Matoran Universe. Several took up residence on Daxia.
After the destruction of the Matoran Universe, many Shallows Cats immigrated to Spherus Magna.
Abilities and Traits
Shallows Cats are panther-like in appearance, and are the sleeker cousins of the Muaka.
A Shallows Cat hunts its prey by approaching it gently, appearing harmless, then suddenly turning on it and dragging it into the shallows of the sea, drowning and devouring it.
