Kyrehx is a Ga-Matoran.

Biography

When in need of repair, Kyrehx was sent to Karzahni, though he failed and she was rebuilt into an even weaker form. To hide his shame, Kyrehx was sent to Voya Nui on the Southern Continent. She was present when the landmass rocketed through the dome, to land in the ocean above. She settled on a piece of land formed from a volcanic eruption which eventually broke from the floating island and sank, where the Matoran lost their memories and learned to depend on the hydruka to harvest air for them. The Pit Mutagen partially mutated the Matoran to be partially reverted to their original and stronger forms. Here, Kyrehx became a sentry.

When the Mask of Life fell to Mahri Nui, Kyrehx was the first Matoran to find it. While attempting to bring the mask to her teacher, Kyrehx was not aware that she had been cursed by the mask and found herself attacked by seaweed. She was rescued from the plants by Dekar, and after the encounter, she quickly gave the mask to him.

Later, she was captured by Carapar, who had been hypnotized by Takadox, and was brought to Takadox's cave. Inside his cave, Takadox hypnotized Kyrehx and questioned her about the mask. When he found out that the Kanohi Ignika was no longer with her, Takadox ordered Carapar to release Kyrehx back to Mahri Nui. Kyrehx also helped herd the citizens of Mahri Nui into their homes when the giant Venom Eel attacked. She and the other Mahri Nui Matoran were sent up the Cord, led by the Toa Mahri. Axonn took her to the Nui Caves along with the rest of the Matoran. She later returned to the surface of the Southern Continent.

After the Battle of Bara Magna, Kyrehx, along with all the other surviving Matoran, went to live on Spherus Magna.

Abilities and Traits

Kyrehx was rebuilt into a weaker form by Karzahni, though most of the alterations were partially reverted when she came into contact with the Pit Mutagen.

She was frightened by the power of the Kanohi Ignika, and eager to give it up after it came into her possession. As a result of its power, any nearby plant life rapidly grew and attacked her whilst the mask was in her possession.

Kyrehx has greater lung capacity and is a better swimmer than Matoran not affiliated with Water.

Tools

When rebuilt in Karzahni, Kyrehx was given a pair of Electro-Blades to defend herself, which she later came to use in her job as a sentry.
