Ihu is a Ko-Matoran native to Metru Nui.

Biography

Ihu lived in Ko-Metru where he worked in a Knowledge Tower as a Scholar and Seer. He was also the close friend and mentor of Nuju. He was tragically killed when a swarm of Nui-Rama destroyed the base of a Chute in which he was traveling.

Like all deceased beings, Ihu was revived in the Red Star, and was supposed to be returned to continue working in the Matoran Universe. However, as the Red Star had malfunctioned, Ihu was not returned to the Matoran Universe, and instead remained in the Star.

Legacy

When Toa Metru Nuju first traveled to the island of Mata Nui, he named the large snow-covered mountain in the middle of the island Mount Ihu in honor of his late mentor.

Abilities and Traits

Ihu was said to be extremely wise and well-learned in the ways of reading prophecies and the future.

Like all Ko-Matoran, Ihu was more resistant to cold than other types of Matoran.
