"Eliminator" is a Dark Hunter responsible for executing incompetent Dark Hunters.

Biography

1,100 years ago, Makuta Teridax hired Eliminator, Nidhiki, and Krekka to serve him in Metru Nui. Under the disguise of Turaga Dume, Teridax sent members of the Toa Mangai out on missions outside of the island metropolis, where Eliminator would kill them. One of these false missions included two Toa Mangai and the Chronicler, Kodan, who were sent to close the coastal gates. Eliminator killed these three. At another sea gate, he killed a Toa and left a Kanohi Kakama behind. All told, Eliminator killed eight of the Toa Mangai, plus Kodan.

Eliminator was later assigned to be insurance in the event of another Dark Hunter failing their mission. Were the Dark Hunter unable to complete their mission, Eliminator's purpose was to hunt and kill the Dark Hunter, then take over the mission and carry it out to its conclusion. Wary that the other Dark Hunters might make an attempt on Eliminator's life, the Shadowed One kept Eliminator far away from Odina.

After the Matoran Universe was critically damaged in the Battle of Bara Magna, Eliminator immigrated to Spherus Magna.[1]

Abilities and Traits

Eliminator possesses great speed and agility. He also has the natural ability to attract shadows to his body, making him nearly impossible to see in low-light conditions.

As a result of his morbid task, he is despised by other Dark Hunters.

Tools

Eliminator carries four Kanoka on his back, which he can throw if he wishes. He can also combine and harness their powers, unleashing the resulting energy in Lightning-like blasts from his razor-sharp claws. Due to the nature of these attacks, the artificial intelligence of a biomechanical being killed by it would be damaged beyond repair, and would be unable to be revived in the Red Star.[2]
