About Anger: Why not? – so “yay”. --Fippede 00:20, 19 July 2014 (CEST)

Okay, cool, that's two "yay"s... any chance I could get another opinion? Don't want to go to the trouble of making the page and then having it zapped. --Angel Bob (talk) 17:21, 19 July 2014 (CEST)

Appearances System

There's an existing appearance system? ζoxHistories External Image

Lol, not really... But the general shape of it seems to be: novels, comics, and films arranged in chronological order, followed by guidebooks, then animations (some canon, some non-canon), and then computer/video games (again, with varying levels of veracity). I challenge that system.

So, what d'you guys think? --Angel Bob (talk) 04:43, 25 July 2014 (CEST)

I'm partial to the current "system" because I generally prefer chronological order. I've contemplated changing it up before, and it's certainly not a bad way of doing things, my preference just leans towards the way it is now. -- I AM THE DOREK do not truffle with me 05:23, 25 July 2014 (CEST)
That's what I'm suggesting -- put all canon appearances in chronological order, including animations and games. It doesn't make sense to have them sitting out of order at the bottom. --Angel Bob (talk) 15:20, 25 July 2014 (CEST)

Citation System

Hey Angel, a suggestion to address one of Dorek's concerns about overuse of citations. If an entire paragraph or set of paragraphs, come from the same source, you should only cite the source once either at the end or near the beginning. I think common wiki practice would be to cite at the end. In a professional work you would recite after you introduce a new source, but not every sentence or detail that comes from a singular work. The first paragraph in the Sh-Taka sandbox, for example, would cite the first source once at the end, not twice overall. ζoxHistories External Image
