Identical Citations

How can users repeatedly refer to the same source in an article (without using citation templates) if the source in question does not have a name attributed?

You add the name="" field to the existing citation, like <ref name="Example"></ref> You should then be able to do <ref name="Example" />. ~ Wolk (talk) 20:52, 5 February 2023 (UTC)
