This reminds me of the still-unresolved argument about the Quest for the Mask of Life over in AfC. It's minor, and yes the text is elsewhere, but it's an event. It's a notable part of the series of events that was the Great War. It actually sheds light on what Teridax really wanted to accomplish with the Great War- not wipe out the Matoran, but keep them out of Metru Nui long enough to cause a second Great Disruption and make the Great Spirit die, then bring them back to the city as his subjects once he took over the MU. And regarding the repeated text, I could still say the same about EVERY Mata Nui Matoran with less than three or four appearances. It serves a purpose.
