An obedient and emotionless creature, Voporak was once a clan leader of Stelt and a member of Sidorak's species.

[carve] Biography
The Brotherhood of Makuta selected Voporak for experimental mutation, with the "help" of Sidorak. By combining Energized Protodermis, Roodaka's mutation Rhotuka, and other mutagenic substances, they transformed Voporak into a being sensitive to shifts in time. They now had a being that was able to locate the Vahi if it ever came into existence. The Brotherhood of Makuta lent this being to the Dark Hunters to learn discipline, but Voporak became loyal to the Hunters rather than the Brotherhood as a result.
Voporak sensed the power of the Vahi when Vakama used it in his fight against Teridax, and thusly made his way to Metru Nui in search of the Mask of Time. While on Metru Nui Voporak fought and defeated many of the Rahkshi that were in Metru Nui. He succeeded in acquiring the mask, and later gave it to the The Shadowed One. Following this, Teridax confronted The Shadowed One and Voporak, and when Vakama pointed out that Teridax had absorbed Nidhiki and Krekka, the Dark Hunter leader attacked him. In the course of the battle, Teridax disabled Voporak by suffocating him with a vacuum, rendering him unconscious. He then threw The Shadowed One into Voporak, causing him to age 3,000 years in seconds. Unfortunately, the Vahi was stolen from Vakama during the battle. It was, however, retrieved by Vakama after the battle.
Voporak survived the attack, and 1000 years later traveled to the island of Mata Nui after Tahu Nuva used the Vahi there. He was paired with Ancient on his search, though Ancient later returned to Odina upon learning that the Vahi was in Metru Nui with Vakama.
[carve] Abilities and Traits
Voporak has Time-based powers, however, they are not Elemental. His abilites are as follows:
- Voporak's body gives off a temporal force field that ages anything thrown at him.
- His touch ages anything he comes in contact with unless he wills it otherwise. This power will not work on the Vahi itself.
- He can detect fluctuations in the fabric of time, allowing him to sense and track the Vahi.
- His Rhotuka can knock back a target's perception of time by a few seconds.
[carve] Set Information
Voporak was released in late 2005 as a combiner model of parts from the Roodaka, Keetongu, and Sidorak sets. He was also released as a Target store-exclusive set. The Voporak set features a Rhotuka launcher. Unlike most launchers, Voporak's is operated like Roodaka's by pulling the launcher construction off of the ripcord, the latter of which is attached to the set's fourth limb. This operation launches the Rhotuka spinner from the set at high speed.
