Long Dialouge on Teridax's Talk Page

"Specsowl: Why is it that Makuta wanted to settle his score with Takanuva by a game of Kohlii? Thats like Darth Vader and Luke playing football. It doesn't make sense.

The Editor: Perhaps he wanted a more personal and interesting way to defeat his opponent. Takua played Kolhii as a Matoran, so Makuta likely drew on that fact to make his defeat all the more humiliating (Although it was Makuta who was defeated).

Bioran23: Or maybe, Makuta hopes to knock Taky out so that he can eat the Toa for dinner. ^^

Kardas tamer: Okay, first off, it's just disturbing that you would think of that. Second, he might have thougt that he could win more easily since Takua wasn't a very good Kohli player. At least not from what I saw in the movie.

Me: Besides, everyone knows Darth Vader would win in football.

Kardas tamer: Maybe he would, maybe he wouldn't. We'll never know since he wouldn't be caught dead playing football; too much fun for his taste.

Tahu Freak: Oh Good ol' Vader has tons of fun! His favorite way to unwind is to slaughter rebel scum or kill impudent admirals. As for the kohlii game, Makuta knew he could beat Takanuva (who was a toa of light, yes, but a novice toa, by himself) quickly if he used his real powers, and instead decided to play a lethal game of kohlii, for he was sure he would win, and he didn't care if he lost, because it would actually work to his advantage. (Takanuva didn't actually win the game, makuta was unharmed. In a sense, the door won.)

Random Interloper 1: Ok, but I still dont get why Kohlii. He has like 42 different powers and the mask of shadows. He could have killed Takanuva instantly if he wanted to.

Random Interloper 2: It was part of his plan for the toa to think him dead, and he didn't kill him instantly because he was bored and i didn't matter wether he won or lost. the door wasn't part of the pklan though.

Tomana: I am way late on this, but he also used kohlii because even if he had won it would have drug it out, making it more fun for Terry and if Takanuva got hit by the Kohlii Ball of Energized Protodermis there would be nothing to clean up afterwords. but his defeat was almost part of the plan, as Tahu Freak said above "The Door won"

Me:Just for reference, Vader could've ordered the ball to score a touchdown and force-choke it if it failed him (for the last time) But instead of his supreme football powers, he was dumb and challenged Luke to a lightsaber duel. Teridax is like that in a sense. He didn't use his clearly superior shadow powers, or even his above-average football powers, he used his kohlli powers. ultimately though, his loss to the door served "the plan."''"
