It is presumably a screenshot from Tales of the Tohunga that was taken using a camera. It would be preferable if a screenshot could be made using illegal software. It is possible to make illegal software (that is how high-quality screenshots are made), but it requires some sort of connector. I don't even recall running into the Brakas while playing the game. Which Wahi is it in? I think it's Le-Wahi, but the picture looks like it's from Ko-Wahi. Why else is the ground around it white? I used to use illegal software, but I could never find a good GBA one...- Kraahkan-User3000

Speaking of the Brakas...

Nope, that was a Lava Ape. The only chance we have of getting a better Brakas image would be asking Bink to dig around at LEGO and see if there was anything there.
