The Suva Kaita is located at the Kini-Nui, and is the only known way to get to Mangaia from Mata Nui. The Toa Mata received their Golden Kanohi and the Makoki Stones here. Using the Makoki Stones, the Toa Mata opened a tunnel under the Suva Kaita to get to Mangaia.
When the Rahkshi were released by Teridax, they emerged on Mata Nui from the Suva-Kaita, destroying it in the process. The tunnel under it was later used by Takanuva to get to Mangaia, where he fought Teridax.
