Stelt is the homeland of Krekka, Gladiator, and Voporak and Sidorak's species. It is also a major port for dirty dealers, or those looking for easy money.

History
The entire island is constantly on the edge of anarchy and total collapse due to the species of Sidorak and Voporak's constant infighting. One of the few things that they do unite on is the gladiator fights, where they watch local warriors or slaves captured from other islands battle to the death. Voporak used to be a clan leader here, until Sidorak betrayed him to the Brotherhood of Makuta.
The Dark Hunter called Gladiator used to be one such fighter, until The Shadowed One recruited him. He was sent back recently as a spy in the arena, investigating rumors that the inhabitants of Stelt are attempting to reassemble Sidorak's scattered horde of Visorak for some unknown purpose.
Inhabitants of a besieged island traveled to Stelt from Nynrah after escaping a tested Visorak onslaught on their former home.
Brutaka, Vezon, Spiriah, Roodaka, Takadox, and Carapar traveled here in order to acquire a Boat large enough to accommodate the group. Brutaka offered a trader of Sidorak's race Roodaka as payment for his finest ship. Brutaka knocked the merchant out while Takadox hypnotized the crew into jumping off the board, and then they stole the boat and left the island. The trader rescued some of the crew, and was able to replace his boat.
Miserix later arrived on the island, and confronted the same trader about the location of Teridax, and after getting no reponse, he ordered the trader to spread word of his return. After Miserix left, Mazeka arrived on the island to find a Nynrah Ghost who had dealt with Vultraz. Mazeka defeated his two bodyguards, and blackmailed the Fe-Matoran. After being told where Vultraz went, Mazeka crushed the crafter's mask and left on his Swamp Strider.
Landscape
The island is a desolate place, mostly because the ruling species is incredibly envious; whenever one of them manages to build any kind of structure, his neighbors grow jealous and unite to tear it down. The only stable structures would be coliseums which the inhabitants use for entertainment fights, and unimportant dwellings, such as a trader's house or an inn.

Sidorak's Species
Sidorak's species is considered to be in control of Stelt. A trader of Sidorak's species was approached by a small group of warriors in need of a boat. The warriors offered the Vortixx Roodaka as payment, which he accepted out of greed. The leader of the warriors, Brutaka, knocked the trader unconscious, and took the boat. Later, Makuta Miserix attacked the trader's shack, demanding to know Teridax's location. The trader tried futiley to defend himself and was told by Miserix to spread word of his return.
Matoran
There are also Matoran living on Stelt, working as traders and merchants. They are similar to a "middle class" since they are not considered to be as high as Sidorak's race, but are not as low as Krekka's.
- A rogue Nynrah Ghost Fe-Matoran who changes his name every few months. He has a bad right arm, and works out of an inn.
Krekka's Species
Krekka's species is considered to be the "lower class," and they are used as guards and servants.

- A number of "bruisers" who crewed a trader's ship. Only several of them remained alive after having almost drowned themselves under Takadox's hypnosis.

Gladiator's Species
Gladiator's species are slaves and entertainment fighters on Stelt, and therefore are considered an even lower class than Krekka's species.
