The Razor-Edged Protosteel Shield is Toa Mahri Nuparu's Toa Tool. It was transformed from the Laser Drill and his Claws into its current form by the Ignika. It is made of Protosteel, one of the few substances capable of cutting through Makuta armor. Nuparu can use this shield to channel his Earth powers, protect himself from attacks, and cut through many things with its sharp edges.
Example Usage
In BIONICLE: Toa Mahri, Nuparu used his Shield to block a Sea Squid launched by Gadunka.
Set Information
The Razor-Edged Protosteel Shield was released in the Toa Mahri Nuparu set. The top and bottom halves of the shield were depicted with two identical pieces, one attached to each side of his right hand.
Trivia
The Razor-Edged Protosteel Shield has to ability to fold upon itself for storage purposes, as seen in BIONICLE: Toa Mahri.
